SHIPPING
Eho Earth is a make-to-order brand to minimise wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online does it go into production.
Domestic: The orders are usually dispatched within 18–24 business days. If the products are in stock and available during purchasing, the order will be dispatched within 2-4 working days.
International: Any product that you order on www.ehoearth.com, which is not MTO (made to order), will be delivered within 20-25 business days. In the case of MTO, our team will get in touch with you to provide you the specific details.
Note:
These days are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product.
Sundays and public holidays are non-working days for standard delivery schedules.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are processed at our Kolkata and Visakhapatnam, India, warehouses and shipped to the provided address. www.ehoearth.com delivers globally and assures the use of the best possible transport/ courier agencies to deliver your product/s.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Domestic: Shipping is free within India for orders valued above Rs. 2999.
International: Shipping charges for products on www.ehoearth.com will be mentioned during checkout. These charges are volumetric and vary from product to product.
INDIAN GST
Prices on the website are inclusive of Indian GST.
VAT and IMPORT DUTIES
The VAT/ Custom Duty/ Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner. www.ehoearth.com does not include these extra charges on our price (as displayed on the e-shop). These taxes will be chargeable over & above the product/order price you pay on the e-shop.
Please Note: These charges are ungovernable, and they differ from country to country according to the local rules & regulations.
MODES OF PAYMENT
Domestic: We accept all major debit and credit cards (such as Mastercard, Visa, and American Express) for domestic orders. Additionally, net banking options are available for domestic transactions.
International: Major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, are accepted.
ORDER DELAY
If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, www.ehoearth.com shall not refund, return, replace, or exchange any order.
In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock, www.ehoearth.com shall inform you by email, and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit, or receive a refund for that product.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can track it using the consignment or tracking number provided by the shipping agency. We’ll also email you the tracking number along with details about the shipping company.
If you anticipate being unavailable after placing an order, please let us know at [email protected] before the product is shipped so we can delay your shipment until you’re available.
If you’re not available to receive the delivery, our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver the package. If the package cannot be delivered due to the receiver’s unavailability, it will be returned to us. Orders returned for this reason, are ineligible for refunds, repeat fulfillment, or credit notes. You’ll need to bear the cost of reshipping, and there may be a considerable delay. Please ensure that your shipping address includes a zip code and a mobile number for faster delivery.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
After placing an order online, you can request a cancellation and refund within the first 3 hours. Please be aware that there’s a 7% cancellation/handling fee for refunds, which covers online payment processing charges. Once your order enters production, we can’t cancel or refund it because our production process, from weaving to stitching, is labour-intensive and already underway. Currently, it takes us 20–23 business days to fulfill online orders due to the slow and labour-intensive nature of our production, which involves handspun textiles, hand block printing, hand embroidery, stitching, and hand finishing. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Please note that returns, exchanges, and refunds are not possible on products that are on sale. We only entertain exchanges if the product has a problem or defect.
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as unexpected delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or political disruptions. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process. In such cases, no cancellation or refund is possible.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
If we’re unable to deliver a certain product from your order for any reason, you can choose an alternative product. If you don’t want to select another product, we’ll offer you a store credit for future purchases or refund the amount for that specific product. Whether we provide a refund is our decision.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they’re defective, damaged, or there’s a size issue. If you need to exchange, email us at [email protected] within 24 hours, and return the item in its original packaging with the tag.
For returns or exchanges, except for defective items, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on the customer’s location.

RETURNS (if applicable)
To return an item, it must be unused and in its original condition, including the packaging and tag, and returned within 24 hours of receipt, applicable for domestic (within India) returns.
REFUNDS (upon return)
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm its receipt. We’ll also let you know if your return has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund as a store credit note. This credit note can be used for your next purchase on our website, [email protected], and cannot be exchanged for cash.
